The Actuarial Landscape in Asia, Multiculture & International Opportunities
Jonathan Bondy is an actuary with a decade of international experience across Canada and Asia. He currently provides leadership and oversight of 150 actuarial staff of Manulife global offshore actuarial functions in the Philippines. Previously, he was the Chief Actuary of Manulife Cambodia and he also led the High Net Worth Pricing team in Singapore. Jonathan will be speaking on:
- The actuarial landscape in Asia, with an overview of the actuarial profession in Canada and Asia , including actuarial practices, business strategies and regulatory frameworks
- Multiculture vs. multiple cultures at the personal, professional and organizational levels and strategies for overcoming cultural barriers in the workplace.
- Exploring International Opportunities. Will international experience be right for you? Identify strategies and explore opportunities.
