Our 21st Annual Chinese New Year Meeting will be held on Thursday, February 27, 2014, at the DoubleTree Hotel (formerly Metropolitan Hotel) in Toronto.  We are pleased to invite Mr. Warren Rodericks, Senior Manager in the Actuarial and Insurance Solutions practice at Deloitte Canada to discuss:

"Life Insurance Industry in Japan"

Warren spent several years working in life insurance consulting in Tokyo. Warren will discuss the life insurance industry in Japan including economic, demographic, and cultural aspects. He will also speak about his experiences working in Japan.

Deadline: The Early Bird registration deadline is Thursday, February 20th (for mail-in registrations), and 12 noon on Monday, February 24th for online registrations.  Register before these dates for discounted rates and the chance to win the Early Bird Grand Prize.

Parking: Limited parking in the hotel garage is available at a flat rate of $12 (from 5pm to 11pm).  Alternatively, you may park at the outdoor lot on the south side of the hotel ($10 flat rate after 5pm) or the nearby underground City Hall parking lot ($6 flat rate after 6pm)
